Before you commission me :- I only take a few slots max at a time, they're first come first serve but if you arrive after all slots are taken you can tell me and I'll put you on a waiting list, so you're told first when a slot is available again- I reserve myself the right to refuse any commission request I'm not comfortable with.
I can also ask for an extra added fee if I deem the request complex enough it needs it- I do not accept descriptions only, please prepare visual references of the character(s) you want me to draw
It can be a picrew, character models in games etc.
(You can also send me references for a pose, a mood, a general style, composition, it is very welcomed !).- I'm european and so therefore, depending on where you live, there could be almost an entire day of delay between us, do not threat if I don't answer to you quickly, I'll come back to you!
(I do not work on sundays though)- I tend to not post all my finished commissions on my own account, after it is completed you can post it yourself anywhere you want if you desire, as well as use it as a profile pic, header etc. (W/ CREDITS obviously, thank you!)- The use of AI or feeding ANY of my work to image generation machine learning is prohibited, as well as passing my work as your own. Thank you.

ToS :- I reserve myself the right to refuse any commission request.- My commissions are for personal AND commercial use.
A fee of at least +100% of the price of the commission itself is added for commercial use- Payment is through Paypal invoices only and always upfront- I'll send you a thumbnail/sketch and then regular updates through emails as the process goes on to make sure everything is alright.- Small changes can be done at any time, though I reserve myself the right to charge you an extra amount of money if the number of changes is too extensive or I have to redo too much of the work already done.- I do not do refunds after the artwork is completed.- You may not sell the artwork in any way w/out my permission and paying a commercial fee beforehand. (NFTs are NOT and NEVER WILL be accepted, thank you.) Nor use it to train AI.- I will send you a png/jpg once it is totally done, via email.

COMMERCIAL USE :- As stated previously an extra fee of at least +100% of the commission's price will be added.- Considered commercial use are things such as reproducing and selling the artwork, uses such as book or music album covers, posting it in places such as Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal website etc.- I retain copyright over the artwork itself and can modify it afterwards as I wish, as well as post it on my social medias and in my portfolio, commission sheets etc., if not stated otherwise by the client.
(An NDA can be agreed upon)- Clients can post the artwork on their own social medias and platforms to use as promotion. (W/ credits to any of my own social media accounts)- If the client wishes to edit the artwork in any way they have to ask me beforehand.
